A production-grade self-hosted Proxmox Talos Kubernetes cluster: full observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Thanos), GitOps via ArgoCD, a mailcow mail server, 3-2-1 backups with ZFS, OIDC across every service, and a Matrix server bridged to other platforms.
